Nexus offers classes for children from age 3 that build confidence, improve focus and discipline.
These classes cater for all ages and levels of fitness, with students from 18 years old to over 60s. The class incorporates Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu ground skills and sparring.
Group Fitness classes are held at the Dojo on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30am, Friday at 9am and Saturday at 7am with Nicole Graham from “Nic of Time PT”.

For our 13 – 17 year old Students. Junior Adult classes are held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday mornings at 11:30am
For our 9 – 12 year old Students. Cobras classes are held every weekday from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 10:30am.
For our 6 – 9 year old Students. Panthers classes are held every weekday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and Saturday mornings at 09:30am.
For our 3 – 6 year old Students. Littlle Dragons classes are held every weekday from 3:30pm to 4:00pm and Saturday mornings at 09:00am.
