Group Fitness classes are held at the Dojo on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30am, Friday at 9am and Saturday at 7am with Nicole Graham from “Nic of Time PT”.
This class caters for all ages and levels of fitness, with students from 18 years old to over 60s.
For our 13 – 17 year old Students. Junior Adult classes are held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday mornings at 11:30am
